PLASTIC SURGERY COST IN INDIA

Breast augmentation in India is one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries.

This is the intervention that gave rise to a real boom during the 90s (remember Pamela Anderson?). The reason is easily understood: the breast is the anatomical detail that absolutely defines femininity and sensuality. It is often highlighted in commercials and in cinema films, precisely because of the series of ideas and sensations that it is able to evoke. Therefore, if the breast is what most confers femininity, it seems quite natural that women want to have a décolleté that lives up to their expectations.

Much has changed since the 1990s in the implementation of breast augmentation surgery. The element most subjected to redefinition in terms of quality and safety is the silicone prosthesis. Today, in addition to having prostheses of different shapes available, scientific research has created devices made of safer and very high-quality materials.

We often hear of poor-quality Indian prostheses, perhaps made with liquid silicone, or from China. However, in many countries, the high standards achieved mean that such products are banned and that their use is even prohibited by law. It is not necessary to leave Europe, however, to run into risky prostheses: the scandal of the PIP prostheses produced by a French company is famous which, in an attempt to save on materials, has created havoc in the world of cosmetic surgery by suddenly collapsing requests for breast augmentation.

Quality has costs below which it is impossible to go down. Specific materials, shapes that aim to satisfy the anatomy of each patient, and dimensions that vary even slightly are elements that make the final effect of the intervention as natural as possible. All of this has a price and the price itself can be a wake-up call if it is too low. True professionals use only high-quality materials and the results speak for themselves.

SLENDER LEGS, BUT THAT'S NOT ENOUGH! HOW TO DO IT IN INDIA

The necessary importance is not always attributed to the legs. In a woman's appearance in India other elements often prevail, such as the breasts, the lower back and the face in general. But the legs are an element of great femininity and seduction.

Thanks to garments such as the miniskirt, they are increasingly visible, both in summer and in winter.

The historical enemy of the legs is the terrible cellulite, but also simply water retention, a phenomenon that affects almost all women of childbearing age. Various beauty treatments are available on the market to make your legs look their best: massages, mud baths, pressotherapy and products to be applied at home. As long as it comes to acting on the surface of the legs, this can all make sense. The same goes for the volume of your legs if you are overweight. But losing weight isn't always enough to get the legs you want.

On the contrary, a strong weight loss, perhaps accompanied by the passing of time, can cause ptosis of the tissues of the legs giving a wrinkled and unsightly appearance. Public moments such as the gym, swimming pool or beach become a source of discomfort and embarrassment.

The sagging skin of the thighs begins at the age of 40 and increases over time. It can manifest itself in more or less accentuated forms depending on the elasticity of the skin (which is a subjective factor) and events such as significant weight gains or losses. The definitive solution to this imperfection is the lifting of the thighs. This is an operation that aims to bring the skin of the thighs back to the right tension to give a smooth and toned appearance.

The operation consists in incision and removal of the excess skin and its repositioning in order to ensure that the signs of the incisions are as little visible as possible. The position of any scars in fact depends on the extent of the amount of skin to be removed.

FEARS RELATED TO COSMETIC SURGERY IN INDIA

The need or desire to change a particular aspect of one's appearance necessarily involves the use of an intervention (be it minimal or of certain importance). It is completely justified to have fears when you rely on someone who will act on your face or body by changing its appearance. Human beings have a strong instinct for self-preservation that leads them, as a rule, to avoid dangerous situations and in any case to avoid those contexts in which it is assumed that there may be pain or suffering. It is precisely these elements that affect the mood of those who undergo surgery in general.

In the case of cosmetic surgery in India, some very important clarifications must be made. Scientific research in India and the enormous advances that have been made both in operating techniques and in the administration of various types of anesthesia can make it possible to affirm with a certain margin of safety that today it is possible to undergo many interventions aimed at improving one's appearance, without the fears of the past.

As for the surgical techniques, it must be said that most of cosmetic surgery operations are carried out using procedures that require a low level of invasiveness and very fast execution times. All to the great benefit of the patient. To this is connected the discussion on anesthesia, perhaps the most feared aspect by patients as it involves not only the intake of substances (by inhalation or injection), but also determines (in the case of the use of general anesthesia) the loss of conscience which is closely linked to the fear of never waking up again.

Well, precisely on anesthesia, results have been achieved that allow today to operate with conscious and alert patients, perhaps only slightly sedated, who within a few hours resume walking and return home with a smile on their lips.

Many of the fears related to surgery are dictated by the lack of knowledge or the degree of suggestibility of each individual. To face intervention with serenity, an interview with a surgeon and anesthetist may be useful, who will be happy to reassure the patient in providing him with the details relating to the intervention and what it entails. Staying in the dark only generates erroneous and exaggerated beliefs that feed fears and suggestions, amplifying them.
