DENTAL IN MALAYSIA

Most people in Malaysia have teeth that are naturally uneven in structure. Especially in the case of molars, the chewing surfaces resemble a mountain landscape with many furrows and grooves.

Such deep furrows also called "fissures", are difficult to reach when brushing your teeth and therefore provide ideal living conditions for caries bacteria. Young children's teeth in Malaysia are particularly vulnerable because their enamel is not yet fully resistant. However, tooth decay can also occur in adults.

A preventive measure is to do professional tooth sealing in Malaysia. Furrows and grooves are leveled with a plastic filling, thus eliminating the good conditions for the growth of harmful caries bacteria.

The effect of tooth sealing has now been very well-researched, especially in Malaysia. It has been scientifically proven that tooth sealing can reduce tooth decay by at least half.

The treatment is painless and usually takes 15 to 30 minutes.

WHICH TEETH CAN BE SEALED IN MALAYSIA?

Careful diagnostic dental implants in Malaysia should provide information about which teeth can or must be sealed. In children, it depends very much on the individual caries risk. If the grooves are not too deep, it is not absolutely necessary to seal the teeth with good dental care. Only in exceptional cases, in the case of acute caries, are the milk teeth also sealed.

The adults in Malaysia, their fissure sealing is rare, and exposed tooth necks are much more likely to be sealed. They are caused by receding gums and can cause pain when consuming cold or hot drinks and sweet or sour foods.

It is estimated that every fourth adult in Malaysia has this problem in his life. Sealing the neck of the tooth with a fluoride varnish forms a protective layer that prevents both pain and other possible inflammation.

Teeth with fillings cannot be sealed. It is also not possible to seal teeth that already show caries or other damage. Thus, tooth sealing is to be regarded as a purely preventive measure.

HOW LONG DOES THE DENTAL SEALANT LAST IN MALAYSIA?

A tooth sealant in Malaysia can last up to ten years. Have your dentist check the condition of the seal regularly. If teeth and/or seals have partially or completely chipped off, corrections can be implemented in good time.

You should also have your teeth professionally cleaned at regular intervals in Malaysia. The dental sealants can also be checked in this context.

EVERY THIRD CHILD HAS A TOOTH ACCIDENT IN MALAYSIA

It is always a nightmare for parents when the little ones hurt themselves while playing and romping and their faces are bleeding. Unfortunately, it is anything but rare - according to a study, every third child suffers a so-called dental trauma before the age of five in Malaysia.

This basically means injury to the teeth. A tooth may break off, become discolored or loosen in the event of a fall. The child's jaw is still very elastic because, among other things, the roots of the milk teeth recede over time and make room for the permanent teeth.

Even if these are not yet visible, the "new" teeth have top priority. Because under certain circumstances, a dental accident can damage the permanent tooth more than the milk tooth. That's why parents should always come to the dentist's office and have the incident examined, even if their milk tooth is injured.

It may happen that the root of the second tooth no longer grows, the new tooth germ becomes infected or later the permanent tooth does not erupt properly. This has to be prevented and to be on the safe side, an x-ray is often made, which provides information.

WHAT ARE THE MOST COMMON DENTAL ACCIDENTS IN MALAYSIA?

When a tooth is displaced, bleeding occurs and tissue builds up in the affected area. Since the healing process begins quickly, the tooth cannot be returned to its original position after just one day.

If the tooth remains in the wrong position, the child may no longer be able to bring the upper and lower jaw together and therefore no longer bite properly.

This in turn leads to a disruption in the development of the teeth. That is why you should react quickly shortly after the accident and have the dentist put the tooth back into the correct position immediately.

Loose teeth usually anchor themselves in the gums again and no major treatment is necessary. If a piece of the tooth breaks off, the nerve may die and the permanent tooth may become infected.

The dentist in Malaysia is the best to assess the risk. In the case of a very small spot, it is often sufficient to smooth it out. If the tooth turns dark, the area must be observed. There is a risk of bacteria migrating into the injury and causing inflammation. Then the tooth has to be extracted.

ADVICE ON CORRECT BEHAVIOR IN MALAYSIA

Try to stay calm and if you bleed, try to stop it carefully. In any case, go to the dental practice in Malaysia and report the dental accident to your health insurance company. Long-term damage to permanent teeth could occur. If the findings are not recorded by your dentist, the health insurance company may not pay later.

CAUSE OF TOOTH ENAMEL DEFECTS IN MALAYSIA

Many know in Malaysia this problem, they eat something cold or drink something hot and suddenly have a sharp pain in their teeth. Tooth enamel defects are one of the most common dental problems and result, among other things, in sensitive teeth.

IMPORTANT GENE NETWORK EXPLORED IN MALAYSIA

Basically, tooth enamel has a very complex structure of minerals and enamel-specific proteins and is considered to be the hardest organic tissue in nature, especially in Malaysia. The proteins are produced by cells that are found exclusively in the teeth: the ameloblasts. Tooth enamel is very strong, but still prone to damage.

NEW WAYS FOR DENTAL PREVENTION IN MALAYSIA

The aim of the research is to further improve dental care in the future in Malaysia. Understanding the genetic code and knowledge of the molecular relationships during enamel formation and the effects of mutations that lead to enamel malfunctions helps here.

COST OF DENTAL IN MALAYSIA

The cost ranges from MYR 5000 to 10,000 per implant, with the average cost being MYR 8,000 per implant.
